Terms of Service
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Hermes AI Agent ("the Application"), provided by Hafizh Bakrie ("we", "us"). By installing or using the Application, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Application.
1. The Application
Hermes AI Agent is a personal AI automation assistant. It executes natural-language instructions against services you have authorised, including Google Workspace (Gmail, Drive, Calendar, Docs, Sheets and Contacts). It is a single-tenant tool operated by and for the account owner who authorises it.
2. Your responsibilities
- You must be the owner of, or authorised to use, any account you connect.
- You are responsible for the instructions you give the Application and for the actions it performs on your behalf (for example, sending email or modifying documents).
- You must comply with Google's terms and the terms of any other service you connect.
- You must not use the Application for unlawful purposes, to send spam, or to access data you are not authorised to access.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the Application in violation of any applicable law or regulation.
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any system, account or data.
- Interfere with or disrupt the Application or the services it connects to.
- Resell or redistribute the Application as a public multi-tenant service.
4. Data and privacy
Our handling of your information — including Google user data — is described in the Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms. In short: Google user data is used only to carry out your own instructions, is never sold, and is never used for advertising or profiling.
5. Third-party services
The Application connects to third-party services such as Google Workspace APIs and the AI model provider you configure. Your use of those services is governed by their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the acts or omissions of third-party providers.
6. No warranty
The Application is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Application will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that AI-generated output will be accurate or complete. You are responsible for reviewing output before relying on it.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or relating to your use of the Application. Our total liability for any claim arising from the Application shall not exceed the amount you paid us for it (if any).
8. Changes and termination
We may modify, suspend or discontinue the Application, or update these Terms, at any time. Material changes to these Terms will be reflected by an updated effective date on this page. You may stop using the Application at any time and revoke its Google access at myaccount.google.com/permissions.
9. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles.
